OPEN MEETINGS
As well as our groups’ meetings and activities we hold an open meeting, at which everyone is welcome, on the fourth Thursday of each month, except December, starting at 2:30 pm. All meetings are held in the Unity Centre. You are advised to arrive around 2:00pm to allow time to sign in and find a seat.
There is always an interesting, informative and often illustrated talk by a guest speaker on a variety of subjects – see our latest program, below.
As a visitor and prospective member you will be welcomed by a committee member and one of our Greeters will be on hand to provide further help and information. If you wish, the Greeter will stay with you throughout the meeting. Committee members and a number of Group Leaders will be there too, to answer questions or provide details of forthcoming events.
There is a small charge of £2 for visitors. (Free to members)
Refreshments are available at the end of the meeting.
Note: Parking at the Church is limited but there is a large car park opposite, behind the Hare and Hounds public house at the football club.
